Terms and Conditions

1. The service

Beyond the Game provides basketball coaching sessions. One session lasts 2 hours for 1 to 4 participants. You can buy a single session or a package of 5 sessions.

In these terms, we means Beyond the Game, and you means the person who books, including a parent or guardian booking for a child.

2. Prices

Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and cover the coaching.

Prices may change, but never for a booking you have already paid for.

3. Booking and payment

1. Book with the Book a session button on this site and tell us the date, time, number of participants and the court you want.
2. Pay online through Tripay, using any of the methods offered (such as virtual account, QRIS or e-wallet). The amount is shown before you pay.
3. Your booking is confirmed once we receive payment. Unpaid bookings are not held.

Package sessions must be used within 6 months of payment and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Cancelling and rescheduling

Cancellations, reschedules and refunds follow our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

5. At the session

• Please arrive on time. Sessions end at the scheduled time.
• Participants under 17 must be booked by a parent or guardian.
• Basketball carries a risk of injury. By booking, you confirm the participant is fit to train, and you agree to tell the coach about any injury or medical condition beforehand.
• Follow the coach’s instructions and the venue’s rules. We may end a session without refund in case of dangerous or abusive behaviour.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for injury, loss or damage during a session unless caused by our negligence, nor for the condition of the venue. Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published when you booked applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Questions? Send us a message through our contact form.
