1. Who we are

Beyond the Game provides basketball coaching in Indonesia. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through beyondthegamebasketball.com, through WhatsApp, and when you book and pay for a session. For any question about it, send us a message through our contact form.

2. What we collect

• Details you give us — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and what you write to us through the contact form or WhatsApp.
• Booking details — the session, date, time, number of participants and the court. Bookings for children are made by a parent or guardian, who gives us the child’s details.
• Payment details — payments are processed by Tripay. We receive the payment status, amount and transaction reference. We never see or store card numbers, PINs or OTP codes.
• Browsing data — the pages you visit, your device and browser, your approximate location and how you reached the site, collected through cookies and the tools in section 4.

3. How we use it

• To arrange and run your sessions and reply to your messages.
• To process payments and keep records.
• To send you news, offers and reminders about our programmes by email or WhatsApp.
• To measure how the site is used, and to show our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram — including to people who have visited this site or are already customers.

You can ask us to stop marketing to you at any time (section 6). It does not affect your bookings.

4. Cookies and tracking tools

This site uses:

• Google Tag Manager — loads the tools below.
• Google Analytics — measures visits and how the site is used.
• Google Ads — measures the results of our ads and shows our ads to people who have visited the site.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — measures the results of our ads and builds advertising audiences.

These tools set cookies and send data about your visit directly to Google and Meta, who handle it under their own policies: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Tripay, to process your payment;
• Google and Meta, for the measurement and advertising described above. This can include sending customer contact details in scrambled (hashed) form, so they can be matched to Google or Meta accounts for advertising;
• the venue, when we book a court for your session (name, date, time and number of participants);
• the providers that host our website and email; and
• authorities, when the law requires it.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. Send your request through our contact form or on WhatsApp. We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for our records and the law, and delete the rest when you ask or when it is no longer needed.

We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
